Our licensed counselors conduct court-ordered Substance Abuse Evaluations, offering an in-depth assessment of an individual’s substance use to determine a diagnosis and recommend the appropriate level of treatment, if the evaluation deems it necessary. Evaluations and court reporting are priced at $160.00 and are available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday only. Evaluations are conducted via Zoom. Once you schedule through the website, a SASSI screening will be emailed to you within 24 hours. The SASSI screening must be completed before the evaluation unless alternative arrangements are made with the agency. For questions regarding scheduling or to make changes to your appointment please call our office at 281-475-1356. To avoid a rescheduling fee of $40.00, please ensure to reschedule your evaluation at least 24 hours in advance. All no call no shows for scheduled appointments will result in forfeiture of your evaluation fee.
